The Official Artist Channel form asks for the channel ID of your own YouTube channel and of your Topic channel. Paste the ID itself, not a link or an @handle. IDs start with UC.

In YouTube Studio, go to Settings → Channel → Advanced settings and copy the Channel ID.

Search YouTube for “Your Artist Name - Topic”, open the channel, and copy the ID from the web address.

Go to the channel on YouTube and select the Links section, usually under the channel name and description.

Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up and select Share channel, then Copy channel ID. If you can’t see it, scroll past the channel description and social links.

Do this for both channels, then paste the IDs into the form. Still stuck? Contact support.
