To receive payouts from Spare Music, you’ll first need to complete your payment information. Follow the steps below to get set up.
1. Open Your Payment Settings
Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Account Settings.
Navigate to the Payments tab.
2. (Optional but Recommended) Enable Two-Factor Authentication
For added security, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication before entering your payment details.
Click Enable Two-factor Authentication in the banner at the top of the page.
Follow the prompts to finish setup.

3. Information You’ll Need
Before you begin, make sure you have the following information ready:
Personal Information: Address and phone number
Payment Method Details: Either your bank account information or your PayPal email
Tax Information: Your tax identification number (if applicable)
4. Add Your General Information
Click Add General Information on the right side of the page.
Choose whether you’re registering as an Individual or a Business.
Enter your First Name, Last Name, Country, Address, City, and Postal Code.
Click Save to continue.
5. Add Your Payment Method
Click Add Payment Method.
Select whether you want to be paid via Bank Transfer or PayPal. Your options may vary depending on which country you're from.
Enter the required payment details.
Click Add to save your payment method.
6. Complete Your Tax Form
Spare Music cannot provide tax or financial advice. We recommend contacting your own tax professional.

If you’re unsure how to complete your tax information, we recommend consulting a tax professional.
Once everything is filled out, click Complete.
7. Verify Your Identity
We’ll need to verify your identity as the last step.
You’ll be prompted to upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie.
You can complete this step on your computer or your mobile device, but we recommend using your phone for the quickest experience.
Scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
Our verification partner, Stripe, will walk you through the remaining steps.
8. Review and Approval
Once all information is submitted:
Our team will review your details within 48 hours.
After approval, your account will be fully set up to receive payments from Spare Music.
