Stores sometimes mix up artists with the same or similar names. Store Fixer sends a correction directly to the store, so your releases move to the right profile without going offline. It's free.
Before you start
Team members need Edit access to Tools. If you don't have it, ask the team owner.
Send one request for each store. If the problem is on Spotify and Apple Music, send 2 requests.
Have the link to the right artist profile ready, the one your music should be on. If you're not sure where to find it, use the Where do I find this? link in the form.
Send a request
In the menu on the left, select Tools, then the Store Fixer card (Fix a store →).
Under What's wrong?, choose My music is on the wrong profile (a store put your release on someone else's page) or Someone else's music is on mine (another artist's releases appear on your profile). Select Continue.
Under The details, select the Artist and the Store.
Under Do you need a brand-new profile?, keep No — move it to an existing one and paste the right profile's link into Correct profile URL. Use the link to the artist profile, not to a track or release. If you don't have a profile on that store yet, choose Yes — create a fresh profile.
In Releases to move, paste the store link for each release. Each line must be a full store link.
On the right, READY TO SEND? needs Artist selected, Store selected, At least one release listed, and Correct profile link added. Then select Continue.
On Check it over, check the details, then select Send to the store.
What happens next
You'll see a confirmation with a reference number, and we'll email you when it's fixed. Stores fix requests at their own pace, and it can take up to 3 months. For urgent issues, contact support.
To follow your request, see Your requests at the bottom of the Store Fixer page. Status shows Processed once we've done our part.
