Earnings shows what you’ve earned and how it pays out. It replaces the old balance and statements pages.
Open Earnings
In the menu on the left, select Earnings. On a phone, tap the menu button (☰) at the top left first. Home shows the same balance and next payout date under Last 30 days, next to a Wallet button.
Who can do what
Only the team owner can move money. Payouts, purchases, and plan changes stay locked for everyone else. Team members with Financial access (Read-only is the only level) can see everything here but can’t change anything.
Your balance
At the top left, Wallet balance is money you’ve earned that we haven’t paid out yet. ● Auto-payout on shows next to it when you’re on automatic payouts. Under the balance you’ll see:
Your latest statement, for example October 2026 statement posted Oct 15
Your payment details, for example Bank Transfer, with your next auto-payout date, your threshold, and an Update → link
Next to the page title, Payment settings opens the Payments tab of your account settings.
Your latest statement
Next to your balance is your newest statement and a chart of the last 12 months. Select a bar to open that month. See Read your monthly statement.
The 4 cards
[Month] statement: what that statement earned, with its units, releases, and stores. Select Open the full breakdown → for the details.
Top earner: the release that earned the most, and its share of the statement.
Top store: the store that paid the most, and its share of the statement.
Next payout: the date of your next automatic payout and where it’s going. See Where’s my payout?
Statements and payouts
Statements lists every statement with its units and earnings. Select View → to open one. The list shows 10 per page. Select Next for older months.
Payouts lists your payouts with the amount and status, for example ● Paid, then the payout ID, date, and method. Select Details → for the breakdown. This list shows 10 per page too.
