Sometimes when we send a new release to stores and an artist profile already exists, the store will group your release in with that artist profile. Most of the time, this doesn't cause any problems but sometimes they can get it super wrong but don't worry, we can help!

Just talk to our support team and we'll raise the issue with the store and get it fixed for you.

This normally takes up to a week for the store to rectify and it should also be noted that some stores just won't separate profiles!
